Elite Appliance Service – Hamilton

The week before my sons baptism I decided to do a self clean on my Samsung oven and mid way through the cycle the oven locked and completely shut down. My screen didnt work , I couldnt unlock the oven but the stove top worked. I called around my area to see if I could have the oven fixed or if I should buy a new stove and scrap this one . I had called Samsung directly to find a certificate technician or company that new what they were talking about and it didnt cost an arm and a leg .
Long story short, I have my oven working with in the week, the technician knew what he was talking about and he was really polite, friendly and patient as I have a 6 month old who have become a little fussy. I would definitely recommend. work order number :479465

My oven caught fire because of a defective element and Maytag was quick to send Elite to repair. It was less than 6 years old and a 2k convection unit with 5 star rating. I was disappointed this happened but they were prompt, professional, and efficient and had ordered the parts in no time. My oven is brand new! Thanks so much Edison for your great technical work. Elite Appliance Service came today to repair my Samsung Appliances; refrigerator and gas range, work order # 4079203. Andy and Larry arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They completed the repairs efficiently and in a timely fashion. They were pleasant and professional and I highly recommend this company for servicing all your appliances.

My dishwasher stopped working after a plumber (from another company) came in to fix my faucet. Im glad I bought the extended warranty that covered. Within the day of my request, I got an answer and a date. Im very happy with the service, it was prompt and within the time range.

The service man was polite and respectful. He fixed my machine very quickly and explained the problem. I asked him a couple of unrelated questions about my washing machine hoses and he answered them for me.

Excellent service. On time and additional door leveling done above the work order. Wore a mask & left shoes at the door.

Dishwasher covered under extended warranty needed to be repaired. The company sent out Rex for both the initial visit and follow-up. Best experience anyone could ask for. He was on time, polite, and professional. During the first visit he located the issue and communicated the problem, which required the replacement part to be ordered. The second visit was spent replacing the malfunctioned part. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
