Dishwasher covered under extended warranty needed to be repaired. The company sent out Rex for both the initial visit and follow-up. Best experience anyone could ask for. He was on time, polite, and professional. During the first visit he located the issue and communicated the problem, which required the replacement part to be ordered. The second visit was spent replacing the malfunctioned part. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
