Check my furnace over to make sure it was ok for the winter and replaced the humidifiers water panel so that it humidifies through the winter,excellent survice.

My two furnaces were replaced two years ago and I paid up front. This spring I had mold in my wall next to where the furnace exhaust leaves the house and warm and cold air meet. When I had a contractor come in to check there was no insulation between the wall and the outside wall. Furnace Family people didnt bother to put insulation there so when hot and cold met water leaked and mold formed. Greg came out to look and he said he would call me back but that was in May. I havent heard from him and when my furnace was serviced I asked and I was told he no longer works there. This is what happened to the guys who installed my furnace poorly . They also no longer work there. Coincidence?

They arrived on time, but had to go and get parts, then come back, would've been nice to not have to do that. The repairs were then completed in a timely manner. Quoted price was honoured.
The workers were friendly and cordial and we appreciate their service.
We would not hesitate to use them for furnace, A/C, or plumbing repairs again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I left a bad review after a bad experience with their install-which I paid in full before the work was done. The manager said he was reluctant to send his crew to complete the job they didn't finish. They refuse to answer my questions. Horrible.
