First everyone needs to know that all Sears "Canada" customer service is in the Philippines! Purchased a fridge, 4 times the delivery date was confirmed followed by a call that "no longer available". I asked the purchase cost be reimbursed to my credit card as I needed a fridge asap. 3 days have passed, I've made several calls,but supervisor not available "on another call", twice a promise for a call back - hasn't happened.Good business practice if a company can use X number of customer credit for x number of days with no product in return. WARNING advised if you buy from Sears Canada!

Purchased & paid for a fridge by telephone. Sale was confirmed along with delivery date followed by 2 email messages & 2 phone messages confirming the delivery time & date. 2 days before delivery I get a call from Sears that the fridge was no longer available. I asked for a call back to confirm that the purchase amount had been credited back to my account, I was assured there would be a call. Still waiting......
