Had a dishwasher and washing-machine start to leak on my in the span of 3 days, just as the COVID-19 Virus was starting to ramp up. Was worried service would be hard to find, was worried about having service people in the house for everyone's safety.

Washer was a quick fix, quickly identified and repaired with no need for a new part. Could have found it myself, but experience is always a time saver!

The dish washer was a different story, the technician identified the problem as being a damaged washer from installation, not much else he could do.

We were both very careful about space, and the company assured me that the technicians were taking extra precautions.

Not major problems, but they were easy to communicate with, were prompt and were very fair with pricing. Which is exactly what I was looking for and needed.

I accidentally broke the dial on my washing machine with the sliding door, smh. I contacted Oleg @ man with wrench to see what could be done after superglue didn't work lol. Oleg was kind enough to provide cost comparisons and his honest advice. Turns out it would be more prudent to buy a new machine than fix mine. I appreciated his quick responses and professional advice. Didn't charge me a penny, solid guy.

Man With a Wrench was referred to us by Miele when our 20 yr old dishwasher stopped working. Roman came, diagnosed the problem and was able to do the repair. Later it became apparent that there was a second problem, and it was decided by all of us that in view of the age of the machine it wasn't worth the expense of further repair. We bought a new dishwasher, which was installed by Roman. The service we received from Man With A Wrench was excellent, they were so accommodating right from the start - let's not forget the office staff who were so helpful, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer technician than Roman. We highly recommend Man With a Wrench, and if need be will definitely use them again!

Josh was friendly, professional, and helped resolve some issues with my oven without the need for ordering parts which was a bonus. I would call Man with a Wrench again for any other issues

Excellent Service. Company contacted me right away to let me know the availability of their technician. Roman came out the next day to troubleshoot my dryer not drying issue, gave me full quote and explained if I wanted to go ahead with the service, the service call charge for that day would be applied to the final bill. Ordered part for me and came back next day to install it.

Overall excellent company to deal with, great service and great technician sent.

When we ran our Bosch dishwasher the detergent failed to dissolve and the dishes were not coming clean. Roman was thorough in his investigation and explained clearly what the problem was and what the next steps would be. The necessary part was ordered and installed in an efficient manner. The dishwasher is back in business.

I called man with a wrench appliances to get my dishwasher repaired and I was very happy that they came to my house very quickly and get the repairs done for me like I asked them to. I will use them again hopefully I dont need to but many appliances in the house and lots of friends that can use them to

We were very happy with this service. They came on time. They were in and out very quickly and were able to repair at the same time. They were very good dealing with a tenant which was a huge help so we didn’t need to be there. We will definitely use them again.

Alex & Oleg repaired my Samsung stove.
It took a few calls, texts & 3 visits (it was an unusual problem with the display). But they persevered, and it saved me from having to buy another stove. I really appreciated their honesty with regard to diagnosing the problem. Even though it took a bit of time, I was only charged for 1 service call. I highly recommend Man With A Wrench.

dishwasher was noisy needed a good cleaning as it turned out. I got Alex to come in to repair. I got him teaching me all kinds of neat tricks to "make sure he never has to come back" as he said it. I was surprised and happy. Changes my hoses to braided too. Highly recommended as it is a safety issue after all.
