Man With a Wrench was referred to us by Miele when our 20 yr old dishwasher stopped working. Roman came, diagnosed the problem and was able to do the repair. Later it became apparent that there was a second problem, and it was decided by all of us that in view of the age of the machine it wasn't worth the expense of further repair. We bought a new dishwasher, which was installed by Roman. The service we received from Man With A Wrench was excellent, they were so accommodating right from the start - let's not forget the office staff who were so helpful, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer technician than Roman. We highly recommend Man With a Wrench, and if need be will definitely use them again!

We've used Hoerner since moving into our house 24 years ago. Over all these years they have consistently provided excellent service. In an emergency we've always had immediate help, and for routine or less urgent matters we know that we can rely on any member of the team to get the job done efficiently. Today Kyle came to clean the boiler, he's such a pleasant person to have working in the house, we have every confidence in his ability and know that the job's been done well. We have recommended the company to several friends, all of whom have been as delighted as we are!

We were impressed by the personal service from such a large company, starting with Bill's advice with some awkward aspects of the work we wanted done. Vince the project manager who helped us choose colours, was present every day of the job, ensuring that both crew and clients were satisfied with the work. Nick, who applied molding beautifully, despite the lopsided old house, and finally Jeff and Sam - both of whom did a fabulous paint job, and went over and above what was required. Great crew, great job!

We were getting some water in our basement. We had them install eaves trough and new downspouts in a new location, ended the water issue. Quote given was very close to the final cost, Very pleased.
