I used them in 2019 Great service provided but the same issue came back and the 1 year warranty apparently doesn’t apply now. I won’t be recommending them to anyone and not surprised as they only care about new business and not getting Repeat clients.

We were having issues with our dishwasher, where water wasn't draining properly from the bottom. There was no visible food or material at the bottom of the dishwasher, and in the last run, it started leaking water onto our floor. Since we rent our place, we had to contact our landlord to set up a technician to come visit; however this was going to take a few days, and cost us a lot of money (we have to pay for part of any appliance maintenance). A friend suggested that we contact Man With a Wrench, and not only was it booked faster than my landlord would have found someone for, Alex had our issue resolved within (literally) 60 seconds. He had us laughing the whole time, and was a GODSEND, especially in times like this (COVID-19) where you don't want too many people visiting your home. I cannot say enough good things about this online set-up and will absolutely recommend him to everyone I know (I already passed along his info to my landlord). Thank you thank you thank you!

I got a virtual consultation for my dryer, which was making a weird sound. They were very helpful, diagnosing from the noise over the phone, then looking up and sending me the exact correct part numbers. Great service!

I went to their website when my oven broke, and booked a virtual consultation for 9 am the next day! So easy. Alex did his best to help me over the virtual meeting so I won't even need to get a technician, but in the end I decided to book someone. He arrived 2 hours later, fixed my oven and I later got an email invoice. Really effortless experience.

We called Man with a Wrench because we had used their services awhile back because they were the company referred from Miele at that time. We reached Alex at home in the evening and he talked us through what the possible scenarios could be based on our description of the damage. His suggestion was that we should arrange a Virtual Diagnosis appointment to get a better sense of what the true damage was. We made the appointment online. Right on time we were connected via Zoom and Alex was the technician who did the virtual diagnosis. He looked at the damage on our dishwasher and gave us a repair quote right away. Once we decided not to repair the damage, Alex gave us excellent recommendations on what new dishwasher we should buy and the features he would recommend. Alex spent a great deal of time with us answering our questions and helping us figure out what to do. I would highly recommend Man With A Wrench. Alex was extremely knowledgeable about dishwashers. The virtual diagnosis service they offer is an excellent idea and really made this whole process easy to deal with. A professional and honest company.

I don’t think I could find a technician with as encyclopedic knowledge of appliances as Alex and as thoughtful an approach as Alex. I would recommend Man With a Wrench without reservation. Other repair companies could certainly learn a lot about customer service from Man with a Wrench.

We had our washing machine stop working... set a request to Man with a Wrench and got an answer within a few hours to book an appointment (next morning). Phoned to let us know he was on his way and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Repair took less than 30 minutes to execute and we're happy to have a working washing machine. On time, courteous, helpful! Couldn't be happier with the service and will definately make them my first call if I have any applicance issues... which I hope I don't have.

Our washer broke down and I talked to Oleg from Man With a Wrench. He confirmed over the phone what I suspected to be the issue and agreed that it wasn't likely worth fixing. He could have left it at that but he wanted to take the time to give me a true estimate of what the repair would cost instead of just ball park. He called his suppliers to find out part prices and e-mailed me the estimate. I didn't pay for him to do any of this as the washer isn't worth repairing. When I need my next appliance repaired, I will definitely be calling Man With a Wrench!

My washer was making a noise and based on my description Man with a Wrench called me to let me know that he didn't feel it would be worth repairing due to the cost vs purchasing a new unit. As a young family, we appreciated this honesty and saving the service call fee.
