Think Protection

I ordered an alarm system though this company along with a camera.
The customer service is professional and the install was simple the technology is very basic, where I am disappointed is in the camera, the camera does not integrate with any of the other technology and is only viewable from a separate application and has limited functionality and would be very easy for anyone to remove and walk away with it.
I feel that the sales rep did not give any indication that this camera was not actually part of the think protection system but a separate technology that was not integrated with the alarm system

Fernando was very helpful on helping setup timers for my lights. The process was a little tough for me to follow and Fernando did the setup for me.
The timer process needs to be simplified and maybe look at the setup starting by day instead of by time. There needs to be a randomness in the setup so lights don't come the same time everyday.

I bought a new house and wasn't sure which alarm company I wanted to go with. Jan at Think Protection went through every step with me and explained everything in detail. I liked that the company never wanted to upsell me and offered only what I needed. I appreciate the honesty and the customer support.

Ray was very helpful comforting and easy to talk to he guided me throughout the whole process of installation he made it very interesting exciting and easy to work with additionally he was extremely patient and he accommodated all the questions and feedback on the installations.

Great support

The customer service is excellent. From day one when i first installed the system they provided excellent support. Very easy instllation all done within 15 minutes. They also provide good tips and always engage with the customer. They will aways try to say yes and look for solutions all the time. They are also very knowledgable and i feel confident when they provided their answers. My experience has always been good with think protection however Janagan techincal support agent stands out from all the reps that i spoke to.

John Millar's new site is an unusual building with very thick stone walls. Think Protection's staff was very helpful with the advice given to a pair of guys with no alarm experience at all. You staff's patience with us as we tried a few locations within the building where we could get a reliable cell signal was very helpful.

If you can get the police there with a real break in as quickly as you notified us when we inadvertently set-off the tamper alarm for the motion detector, this will be a pleasant experience!

I found another company with the exact same equipment. Only difference they had another company name on the sticker. They are buying cheap equipment from China then simply reselling it at a much higher price. They tell you there's no contract but no one else can use the system. Their stuff looks like Fisher Price and you have to take an hour of you own time to set it up. Think Protection stop tricking your customers, there are no savings here at all.

Took out the 4' door and installed a 10'x8' overhead garage type door. Removed enough stone to install the larger door and relaid it around the larger door. Installed security bars in the one window and a security on the small side door. New lights and plugs.
