I ordered an alarm system though this company along with a camera. The customer service is professional and the install was simple the technology is very basic, where I am disappointed is in the camera, the camera does not integrate with any of the other technology and is only viewable from a separate application and has limited functionality and would be very easy for anyone to remove and walk away with it. I feel that the sales rep did not give any indication that this camera was not actually part of the think protection system but a separate technology that was not integrated with the alarm system
