I felt pressured by a sales team member then when I purchased it, I had an email to say we have noticed you haven’t installed the system yet. Well I had not even received the equipment! I e-mailed and was told to reply to the email and it was bounced back from customer service team. I finally installed my system today and for the first time was helped by a technical assistant who was brilliant! I had considered returning it prior to my encounter with this lady. I purchased the base alarm and a few add-ons. The system was easy to install because of the wonderful customer service that walked me through the setup. The app is great for activating and deactivating the alarm remotely.

My alarm wouldn't shut off. After trying it I don't know how many times, the alarm went off. Think called to let me know my alarm was going off. I said I know, could you please shut it off. They said I'd have to call another number. Really? So while making the second call the alarm is going off...and all I had to do was put in a new battery. They couldn't transfer me, I had to call the second number. Not too impressed by that. You need to upgrade the system. One call...transfer me...shut it off. That would be well worth thinking.
