I felt pressured by a sales team member then when I purchased it, I had an email to say we have noticed you haven’t installed the system yet. Well I had not even received the equipment! I e-mailed and was told to reply to the email and it was bounced back from customer service team. I finally installed my system today and for the first time was helped by a technical assistant who was brilliant! I had considered returning it prior to my encounter with this lady.
