My alarm wouldn't shut off. After trying it I don't know how many times, the alarm went off. Think called to let me know my alarm was going off. I said I know, could you please shut it off. They said I'd have to call another number. Really? So while making the second call the alarm is going off...and all I had to do was put in a new battery. They couldn't transfer me, I had to call the second number. Not too impressed by that. You need to upgrade the system. One call...transfer me...shut it off. That would be well worth thinking.
