My experience with RBA was most professional from the initial contact through the complete and a call back service. George was exceptionally educated on the products at our sales meeting. He explained different options and worked with us to make the deal happen. The install was booked in a timely manner and the job was meticulous and relatively quick. 2 days. They left our home completed and clean. The difference was immediate and we received many compliments from neighbours. We had a few requests after install and the president Dave contacted us directly and made our requests happen. The service tech, Jacob, came out to the house on 2 occasions and was pleasant and completed the jobs in a professional and timely manner. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend!

I've been a home owner for years. Most times I'm VERY apprehensive to get projects done by ANY company because: 'the quote is never what it was said to be', 'additional cost due to ......'.
I got none of this with RENEWAL BY ANDERSON. I received a flyer in the mail (another piece of junk mail) but decided to call anyway since it is a FREE consult to have my windows replaced.
Steven came out to my home and did a presentation of the product and service and what the process is going to be like to replace all the windows and patio door.
The patio door, windows and screen are installed.
The door is beautiful !!! The windows makes the rooms look so much brighter and the rooms are cooler (temperature).
The end result is as Steven said it would be.

This is me sharing the GREAT with you.

Such a thorough, professional team from top to bottom! Most impressed with Nathan, Wade, Ivan and his team of installers. All were very respectful informative, positive and hard working. As promised, they returned to make sure we were pleased with their work and checked each window to make sure it was installed correctly. To say the least we are very pleased with their professionalism, honesty, and work ethics.

Had the patio door installed back aug/sept of 2019. We noticed issues with the screen door, called for warranty service.
A technician can out to assess and concluded that there was an issue with it. Promptly placed an order for a replacement. He returned a couple weeks later with a replacement screen door. As he was installing it noticed the same issue. He then realised that the initial install was not plumb or square. He put an order in for the door to be R&R'd.
At the end of June, I called to find out when the installer would return to fix the door. They wanted to send them out that week, I suggested they send out someone to evaluate the work to be done so nothing gets missed.
An engineer came out and was surprised that the initial install was left as it was. His recommendation was to replace the complete frame and was glad that I had asked for the thorough look over to have all the i's dotted and t's crossed.
A new install crew showed up today (masks on) Aug 12, 2020 and took their time double and triple checking level and plumb, using shims where necessary (not one shim on the initial install).
All in all I have to say that Renewal by Andersen stands by their warranty. The door operates flawlessly now as does the screen door.

Jacob was very friendly and helpful with Resolving our issues! Came back twice to help us with screens and handles. Both times he was very pleasant and efficient.

We had such a great experience with Jacob, the repair guy who came to fix the retractable screen. He was prompt, very aware of the covid safety protocols, and really professional. He took the time to get the new install absolutely perfect. He even checked the other screen and door to make sure it was performing well. He made some tweaks on all of our doors and they perform just like new. Jacob even called to follow-up to make sure that we were happy. We like the Andersen doors, but it's the follow up service from Jacob that really sets this company apart.
(The service was no charge, but HomeStars required a cost)

Carter in sales and the rest of the team were great. Beka and David the installers were respectful and careful with the windows and with our house. The windows are beautiful, the hardware is solid and our house is quieter.

We called Andersen Windows to have the windows at the front of the house replaced. Our salesman Warren was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything about how the windows are made, installed and the cost, in a way that was easy for us to understand. Warren was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend Andersen Windows!

We had a new sliding patio door installed Oct 2019 and in the spring of 2020 the foot lock began to rub on the frame. Renewal by Anderson promptly replaced the frame and adjusted the foot lock. The installer Ben was very quick and happy to answer my questions. He took great care in the installation. We are really happy with the product and the customer care. You get what you pay for.

I really can’t recommend Renewal by Andersen enough! From the point of sales to the installation and final product we are just so happy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and work very efficiently. The financing options they have available are great as well. So happy we chose Renewal by Andersen to undertake this project for us!
