We are extremely happy with our new windows. We meet John who came into our home to explain why Renewal by Andersen is the best. It was his knowledge & explanation which taught us about why these windows are better than anyone else. The best!!! We wanted this product. Quality windows which definitely added to the curb appeal to our beautiful home. He was professional & treated us like family. It was an amazing experience. The staff came in to install were all professional, clean and installation went smoothly. John followed up checked the installation which was very nice to see a company who cares. I was impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone, family, friends who are looking for new windows.

I hired Renewal by Anderson (RbA) to replace 4 windows in my home. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the end results. They delivered what they promised and it is evident that this company is committed to quality and efficiency. We had all of our windows and patio door replaced by The Renewal by Andersen. The sales, project management, and installation teams were amazing. The sales associate, Wade, was very thorough in presenting product options and recommending solutions that enhanced the curb appeal of our home. The project manager, Nathan, was amazing and very attentive to details, offering additional information about our installation project which increased our confidence in our choice. Beka and the installation team were unbelievable in every respect going well beyond expectations for quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. We wanted to replace all our windows In total, we replaced 31 windows with 65 components. We got great advice and redesigned many of our composite windows to improve sightlines. The windows added great insulation value and we saw a noticable improvement in our hydro bill.
The installation crew was great to work with and very efficient. Their work was very high quality and they maintained a clean work environment.
Our windows are dark bronze inside and out and we successfully matched our trim paint to the colour to give a clean, unified appearance.
Overall, the experience was as enjoyable as it could be and the sales, installation and service people did a great job and added value to the end result with their sound advice.

Our design consultant Wade was professional and thoughtful in his approach to providing the best experience possible. He saved us the cost of multiple windows with his design knowledge and understanding of our needs and design requirments. Installation was a 2 day process and was completed by professionals. Mess was cleaned and we were extremely happy with the results.

designer Carter, the project manager Nathan and the great crew who did the install. Both
Nathan and Carter came the following day to check everything and make sure we didn't have
any issues or concerns. Happy to be welcomed into the RBA family!! We love our modern

Health and Safety Comment
The crew was fantastic. Only issue was clean-up. No fault of their own, it started pouring rain
during the last hour, so swept up as best as they could! We finished sweeping up when
everything eventually dried out. The crew worked extremely hard, and work their masks.
