I've been a home owner for years. Most times I'm VERY apprehensive to get projects done by ANY company because: 'the quote is never what it was said to be', 'additional cost due to ......'. I got none of this with RENEWAL BY ANDERSON. I received a flyer in the mail (another piece of junk mail) but decided to call anyway since it is a FREE consult to have my windows replaced. Steven came out to my home and did a presentation of the product and service and what the process is going to be like to replace all the windows and patio door. The patio door, windows and screen are installed. The door is beautiful !!! The windows makes the rooms look so much brighter and the rooms are cooler (temperature). The end result is as Steven said it would be. Thank you for that Renewal By Anderson. We always hear the bad but never the good, in the retail industry. This is me sharing the GREAT with you.
