Renewal By Andersen Of Greater Toronto

We just replaced our windows at the front and back of our 17YR old 3 storey Townhouse. These were the worst of them as all the seals had broken and you could feel the drafts in winter( cheap builder basic) . From Bory the sales consultant, Nathan the PM, to Joe, Danny and Ben who were the installation team, the service we received at each step was amazing. They were courteous, knowledgeable, careful and clean. Not to mention the windows look GREAT and the quality has exceeded our expectations! We can feel the difference already. Thank you RBA for making this large investment for homeowners a positive experience.

We had Andersen windows installed in January with excellent results. In the spring we noticed some minor defects with the insect screens, and notified RBA about this. Jacob came to ur house to assess the issues, and returned with new screens to replace the defective ones.
We have been extremely pleased with the product, installation and servicing provided by Renewal by Andersen.

Our initial consultation was well-informed. The installation was efficient and performed with superior craftsmanship. Although RBA's price point may appear higher than other companies, I can assure you their product and customer service are unparalleled (ask them about their "Signature Service"). It's difficult putting your hard earned cash and trust in home improvement companies because you can't see the final product. I understand this concern. I can assure you that RBA's interest is beyond making the sale. They are deeply concerned about pleasing the customer throughout the entire process and helping to restore the pride of home ownership in every project they tackle. Wade, Justin, and the installation crew were great! Wade the design consultant provided great advice and cater the package to the need of the house and my family. Justin was prompt and help us ensure the window/door fit with our existing condition. The installers were respecful of our space and focused on the details when installing the window/door. The work was done before we knew it!

My patio door was serviced by Jacob. Our door had started to rub and make a sound every time it got wet. Jacob came and not only fixed the problem but he also tightened the handle and adjusted the screen so it would not come off anymore. Jacob went above and beyond what our expectations were for the job and we were exceptionally pleased with the service.

We recently had several second-storey windows replaced/installed by Renewal By Anderson. From the initial meeting with Roy (from sales) to the completed installation and follow-up with Nathan, the process was seamless. Communication between all parties was excellent - any questions/concerns were promptly addressed. The Andersen Team Members we worked with clearly have extensive knowledge of the product(s) they are promoting and they exhibited professionalism at every encounter. The install team arrived on time and worked carefully and efficiently throughout the process, completing a thorough clean-up of the work site before they left. The quality and functionality of the windows are immediately evident and make operating them a joy. We are very pleased with our new windows (worth every penny!) and can already feel the reduction in heat they are providing in the rooms upstairs (which can get very warm in the summer months). Juan, Jesus and Edgar did a great job with the box window installation. They arrived on time, were polite and professional and did an amazing job. The window looks beautiful and the cleanup was excellent.

We replaced our main front and all but one window on the main floor. The quality is very evident and frankly is well worth the cost. Joe, Eakam and Danny were through in what seemed like no time. The work areas were all cleaner then when they came and the new windows looked excellent !! The only house on the street with brown windows really pops!
