Global Property Inspections

Todd was at the property twice for the home inspection, once for another customer and then for our family. There was a very large hole in the roof but it was somehow missed I'm guessing twice as mine was the 2nd inspection. When I inquired about the included warranties Todd told me I would not be able to make a claim and directed me to the tricky wording in the contract. It seem that only blatantly obvious things will be pointed out. I recall he does not open drop ceiling tile or inspect the roof. Roof being an extremely important aspect of a home I find it ridiculous this would not be inspected. I believe a good local contractor could do a better inspection and likely spot the signs of a potental problem for further investigation. Todd does have some fancy equipment and his paperwork looks nice but I do not recommend his service. I feel he is selling a false sense of security to people that are vulnerable and more care should be taken when doing these inspections.

I was buying a new property and needed an inspector before the purchase. Frank showed up early and was already working outside when we showed up. He was extremely thorough and took over 700 pictures! Since I was there he was able to give me some suggestions on how to maintain the home and observations he made about even the most minor issues. He sent a huge color report the next day that explained everything in detail and what to do about some things that needed attention.
