Global Property Inspections

We had a quick closing on a potential purchase and were worried we didn't have an inspection. Even thought it was a long weekend Todd responded to my email to set up an appt the following week within our timeframe.
Report is detailed and very informative. He doesn't make you worry about all the small stuff that is going to be inevitable in most buys, he shows you them, but focuses on the big important items. His calm professional attitude is an added bonus to the excellent service.

Great service. Frank was flexible and accommodating to tight schedule. As a first time homebuyer it was useful to have him do a full walk through at the end of the inspection and get tips to maintain the property. He was also available for any follow up questions and was very responsive!

Todd came in to do a home inspection on a property we were looking to purchase.
He was incredibly thorough, and his availability on such short notice was appreciated.
He went through the potential home, and was able to provide us with his findings on the spot. I was able to leave the inspection when he was done and pass on the findingside to my husband who was unable to be there ahead of the final report.
