Discussed the job with Yong and was happy with his expertise and knowledge. We were happy with the price and the start time. Yong's team arrived on time, worked hard, kept the area clean, and finished with a clean worksite. His team showed me the crack and Yong showed us pictures of all the work. We have had a couple of heavy rainfalls since, with not a drop of water coming through.

As first-time homeowners, we appreciated his professionalism and willingness to answer our many questions.

Due to weather conditions, our initial scheduled work date had to be adjusted, but the communication was clear and timely. We had two exterior cracks and one interior crack repaired. The installers were lovely and working hard! They worked quickly, kept everything clean, and completed the job on time. Our yard is narrow, but they managed to work around it! Their work was put to the test soon after as we experienced heavy rain three days after the installation (typically when basements tend to leak), and our basement remained bone dry, and our side yard looked great! Our neighbors commented on how fast and tidy the whole process was.
