The plumber Michael was pleasant and informative about what he was using for replacements.

Daniel was the technician who did the initial inspection. He was very thorough and kept me informed while he checked everything out. Daniel showed me the blockages and explained about the perimeter flush and what would be done.
We made an appt and Andrew was the tech that did the work. He arrived on time and took the time to explain and show me things he was going to do. We went out a couple of times to check and always very friendly and courteous to us. Afterwards Daniel came and explained what they had done showed us some things we needed to be aware of and suggestions for the future. I would definitely suggest them to anybody wanting work done. ( The perimeter flush and explanation at the end took about 5 hours and they did use a camera at the end again to check everything. I forgot to mention mention the initial inspection required a charge and they use a camera. I can't remember how long but at least an hour or so. There was a lot of rocks and dirt so water could flow through drains )

Had a basement flooding in September and Moe's plumbing did a half job. Didn't clean the main drain and didn't find the sump after I paid them a big Bill.
Had another flooding on Nov. 17th. Daniel came to my house the next day, inspected the system and located blockage and the sump right away. He and Andrew cleaned the drain and sump, added a riser and new lid for sump. They are efficient, professional and the invoice is very seasonable.
I can now sleep at night without worrying about the blooding happens again.

First of all, when Daniel came to do the estimate, he assured me that HE would be one of the team doing the work. That goes a long way for me as the 20-year owner of a house built in the 1920s. I am more than aware of the unpredictable nature of the place. Daniel was thoughtful, professional, and especially clear in communicating not just what work would be done, but how and why. His written estimate further reflected exactly what was planned. He was punctual for the estimate and for the work, as were his two equally personable and knowlegeable partners. When a couple of quirky old-house elements inevitably showed up, they were able to shift on the fly and do the extra problem solving, testing and re-testing all their work at the end of the day until Daniel was satisfied that all was finished precisely. The job included the re-piping noted, well as replacements of several valves indoors, removing an old garburator, updating (shock arrester) for the dishwasher connection. Outdoors, a new frost-free hose bib was installed while the old leaking shut off valve was replace, and an unused valve was discontinued. Daniel also snaked and camera inspected the main sewer line, which I need to have done about once every year or two depending on the roots which inevitably grow in cracks in the distant half or so of remaining clay pipe as it leads towards the sidewalk, and at the start of the old city connection. It was re-assuring for me to review with the camera where the roots were happening. The team discovered on the day of the work that snaking/cleaning out the basement laundry sink drain line through that clean out was also needed, and they did not add any extra charge for that. I recommend Daniel and Pristine Plumbing with no reservations. And believe me, I've had a lot of plumbers in the house over 20 years. They are the best, and I will be having them back. Because each of them is so conscientious, as well as willing to show up at 8am, I am confident that I would be able to call on them to do any work in future if I was unable to be at home while they worked, or even if I was travelling and just needed to get a key to them from a neighbour. Sorry for the long read. But. Such great find.

Pristine was very professional, responsive and prompt, as well as honest and reasonably priced. We had used previous plumbers that were terribly difficult to connect with, so we moved on and eventually found Pristine. The issue at hand had been misdiagnosed and the repair, which we thought we would be somewhat labor intensive, was quite a simple fix. We will be using Pristine from this point forward!

There was a waterline leakage at my front yard. Daniel and his team member were very efficient and spent only one day to install a new waterline for us including all the digging work and restoring the lawn. They were so organized and well prepared such as to request for a permit from City before starting the work. They could even get the city inspector to come and inspect on the same day!

Daniel spent a lot of time answering my questions and ensuring that I understood every part of the job. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing to anyone.

Daniel replaced a pressure valve for us and repaired a toilet. Although the pressure valve looked like it would be a difficult job, Daniel was willing to take it on, which impressed us. He and his assistant were very professional in how they handled the work. Pristine Plumbing is now going to be our go-to plumber when we have a problem and we plan to recommend them to friends and neighbours.

I heard a drip in the area of my washing machine. I couldn't see any water. I called Pristine Plumbing and Daniel and I agreed they would come on Tuesday. Michael, the service technician, arrived right on time. He investigated the problem thoroughly, and determined it was coming from an apartment above me. He checked all the hoses and pipes, and made sure my washer was not leaking. He cleaned up any debris. He wrote a detailed report that I could send to my strata corporation. I was delighted with such excellent service.
