Daniel was the technician who did the initial inspection. He was very thorough and kept me informed while he checked everything out. Daniel showed me the blockages and explained about the perimeter flush and what would be done. We made an appt and Andrew was the tech that did the work. He arrived on time and took the time to explain and show me things he was going to do. We went out a couple of times to check and always very friendly and courteous to us. Afterwards Daniel came and explained what they had done showed us some things we needed to be aware of and suggestions for the future. I would definitely suggest them to anybody wanting work done. ( The perimeter flush and explanation at the end took about 5 hours and they did use a camera at the end again to check everything. I forgot to mention mention the initial inspection required a charge and they use a camera. I can't remember how long but at least an hour or so. There was a lot of rocks and dirt so water could flow through drains )
