Woke up this morning with a leaking pipe in one of our downstairs walls. Called Pristine in the morning and Michael was able to come by that afternoon. He was able to locate the problem and fixed it while also doing a few other things for us. He actually needed a specific part and one of his colleagues brought it by and dropped it off. I thought the charge was very reasonable as I know we would have paid much more using another company. Would highly recommend and will use again next time we need plumbing services.

I have a clogged sink. I called and get response right away. Andrew came in on time assessed the problem and gave me a quote. There are times when you think that this was a quick job but it turns out it wasn't. Andrew was patient and explain along the way possible issues. Later that day Daniel came with some extra equipments and problem solved! I was very happy and satisified with the service. They are on time and with in budget. I highly recommend them. Michael from Pristine Plumbing & Drainage visited us to replace a toilet and to inspect some of the plumbing in our house, and I was quite satisfied. The work didn't go as planned but they didn't charge us anything more for the extra time spent ensuring the job was done well. Very professional service, including good communication and before and after photos. Besides that, the lifetime warranty offered on the work has convinced me this company will be who I call for any future service.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of Pristine crew, both Daniel whom I dealt with on the phone and the two gentlemen on the crew. I contacted them to replace a kitchen sink faucet and install a new toilet seat at my rental property. We were extremely pleased with their service. They provided excellent communication regarding their timing for arrival, gave us a 20 minute call ahead so we could meet them at the property. The work was very professional. The plumber was friendly and explained costs and what to expect right from the beginning. He showed me the progress of his work and updated me with any changes that needs doing. Very happy with the service and will be using Pristine plumbing again in the future.
