Called in the morning, Daniel showed up on time. Was able to unclogged the drain using a 75ft snake. Help me to replace a damaged trap free of charge. Very professional would recommend them for sure.

This is a late review, but I felt compelled to write one because of the company's excellence in helping us. We suspected that our toilet in the master bathroom was leaking and reached out to Pristine Plumbing to help us out. Daniel replied very promptly and arranged a service call for the same day, but because we already had plans, he was able to re-schedule us for 8:00 am the next day.

We were very impressed that Andrew came at 8:00 as promised. He's very friendly and thorough in walking us through the process of fixing the problematic toilet. He encountered one problem after another and ended up having to replace the whole thing because it was a very old toilet that the "spare parts" were discontinued. Our new toilet works far better than the old one, no more leakage, and the pricing is fair.

This is the second time I've had Pristine Plumbing out to do some work for me, both times they've been great. Andrew came today and replaced a toilet in one bathroom, repaired a toilet in a second, replaced a sink stopper and fixed the cartridge in the shower fixture. Everything was efficient and thorough. Professional, courteous, on time, good work. Thank you! I'd definitely recommend to neighbours and friends.

No water coming out of shower due to non-functioning cartridge . Michael extracted old cartridge and installed new one, reassembled the fixture and then checked everything.

We noticed that part our lawn was green last year even without watering. This year we noticed a wet patch starting to form even though the weather was dry. We called Pristine Plumbing & Draining in to investigate the problem. Daniel was very prompt in answering our call and came by the next day to do an estimate. It turns out there was a leak with our water main and we would need it repaired. Daniel answered all our questions patiently. We worked out a repair date with him and were pleasantly surprised when he called a few days before the repair date to say that he was available earlier than planned. Daniel, Andrew, and Michael went to work on Monday and were able to replace the line by the end of the day. They even replaced our water shutoff valve with an easier-to-use one. They were friendly and available to answer any questions we had while they were working. It's good that Andrew and Michael had a landscaping background so they took good care of the trees and bushes near the trench they had to dig. The water only had to get shut off for an hour or two. By the next morning, the fix had already passed city inspection and Andrew back-filled the trench and the project was complete a few hours later. We're happy that Pristine did the job "by the book" and obtained the proper permits. We would use them for our future plumbing needs.
