Delivery men brought in the new fridge and stove without using any cardboard or a dolly. My husband tried to protest but they did not speak english and continued aggressively about their work, shaking our cabinet so hard that they brought down a shelf and broke dishes. They tracked mud all over the house; when we went to mop it up we realized there were hairline cracks in most of our porcelain tiles. Contacted the company within an hour of delivery to rectify and they never got back to us; had to follow up to be told based on us signing the bill of lading they will be doing nothing to compensate. Absolutely horrible service.

TERIBBLE customer service once you purchase! Once they have your money, they don't care! Bought GE monogram kitchen appliances (approx $25k) and laundry pair from here. Appliances were delivered and we couldn't unbox them as our renos weren't done. Delivery guys told me to make a note on their form that "appliances could not be inspected as they were still boxed" and I signed next to this note. A week later, opened up the wall oven and noticed a HUGE dent (to a point where the metal was bent 90 degrees) and called Corbeil right away. Corbeil said to call GE. GE said to call the store where we got them. Corbeil claims there is a 48 hour policy to inspect the appliance and we missed it (GE says they are unaware of such policy). This policy is NOT stated anywhere on receipts/paperwork, and NO ONE told us!!!!! Obviously we would've checked if we knew there was a time limit!!!! Store manager was arrogant and ignorant and said "how do I know you didn't damage it? What do you expect, for me to pay out of pocket?" etc. Paid for a $10 000 damaged oven. No wonder this store has such low ratings for reviews. STAY AWAY! Other stores offer similar pricing and better service!

Stay away from this company !!! This has been the worst experience and purchase I have ever done. Customer Service does not exist here nor is there any communication . They do not follow through with their delivery dates nor return phone calls , once they have your money your finished to them . Worst buying experience I have ever had . Its been over two weeks and I am still waiting for my appliances to be delivered but they have my money ! Extreme lack of customer service here !!!!!!

It's been a nightmare dealing with Corbeil Appliances. I recently bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer set from these guys, along with warranty and installation.
I wish I had know the level of service or lack there-of and the unprofessional-ism of this place. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you look at their reviews (which I wish I had done earlier) online, you would know, I'm not the only one. ....Dissappointing

I purchased a GE range just before Christmas 2015 and it was delivered Feb 25, 2016. The range was a slide in range , with a ceramic top, convection etc. When it was finally installed after my kitchen had undergone renovation( March ), the oven failed to heat past 275 degrees, and the range vibrated very loudly. I called Corbeil and they advised me to get GE to get their service people in. They came after about 2 weeks and diagnosed the problem as a defective fan motor and a defective temperature gauge. I had to wait for 2.5 weeks for the parts and finally they came late April and the repair was made . The technician said it was all fixed and I was happy. That was late in the week of April 22nd, 2016. that Sunday, I put a casserole in GE oven and it wouldn't heat past 275, again. I called GE on Monday morning to lodge a complaint but they didn't get back to me. I used the cooktop but an alarm started ringing and an E7 error message rAng and wouldn't stop. I had to shut the breaker switch off at the main electrical panel in order for the ringing to stop. Wednesday morning I called GE and Corbeil telling them that this had gone on long enough and I wanted a new range. Corbeil said that they would not do this and the range would have to be repaired. Someone from their head office called me and said that they would not be able to sell this range at all because it was " refurbished"!!! Well, I honk that what I have is a lemon. The Corbeil person told me that these were my only options--keep the broken range or get another service call. I told the man that I had a gun to my head and I had only one choice, didn't I? He said yes. He said that service would call me. Corbeil coasts on their website that they give extraordinary service to their customers---they don't care and I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone to avoid them. They do not give any customer service and bend to what their manufacturers say to do. I bought a defective appliance and I am out 1800$. NEVER will I shop at Corbeil and I would not recommend that prospective buyers purchase there either.

Wanted a recirculating stove hood and sales rep told me which one to choose. In the end, it was NOT a recirculating fan and the company isn't taking it back.

Went to Corbeil before reading any reviews, if I had I probably wouldn't have gone. But I have to say that the sales person Meenish was fantastic, listened to what we wanted and our limits and got us a great deal and no pressure. At time of delivery some items were not available and no one was home when they came. I called to rearrange a new delivery and spoke to Vlad, I wasn't upset or looking for a conflict, but right from the start he was combative and defensive. I finally said I didn't need any thing more than just arranging for the items to be delivered. The delivery was great too, three guys, respectful, quick and no scratches or dents or problems, one appliance was not available and came 2 weeks later which wasn't a problem, and those delivery people also were courteous and professional. I just wanted to see one good review here as I am satisfied with my purchase. I don't know why Vlad has such a chip on his shoulders that's why I didn't give a full 10. I would buy again from Meenish anytime.

Terrible service. Once they have your $ forget it. Machine delivered damaged. Repaired by GE/ Corbeil washed their hands. Worse manager we ever dealt with. Buyers beware of this co. NEVER AGAIN.

Guy and his staff are very helpful in helping me explore my needs. They ask intelligent questions that guide my interest and they never pressure me to buy the most expensive product. They cater to my needs and point out important things that I should be aware of so I don't make a decision I regret. I would recommend them.

The Bosch dishwasher we purchased at the end of March 2015 was dead on arrival (DOA). After 3 weeks with the technicians report sent to Bosch we still have no dishwasher and the after service at Corbeil in Gatineau is atrocious! I will never recommend them to anyone.
