Our LG fridge failed suddenly. We found Fix Appliance through a Google search and their customer reviews looked good. From the moment we called and spoke to their team to the fridge being repaired we experience prompt service. The first repairman Ilya, called before the appointed time to let us know he was coming. He arrive on time and quickly identified the cause. He confirmed the part itself was covered by warranty and quoted the service. We agreed and the next day they call to arrange the actual repair. Nick showed up on time and quickly got to work. He had a lot of tanks and equipment to bring in and took a great deal of care in how he placed it, protecting our floor before he placed the heavier tanks. He explained what he was about to do and answered our questions patiently. He completed the job, told us when we could start reloading the fridge, and to phase the reload. He told us to call if the fridge hadnt cooled properly by morning. We had a couple of questions the next day and he got back to us promptly. We highly recommend Nick and the rest of the Fix Appliances team.

I have an old leaking fridge. Wasnt sure if it was worth repairing or better getting a new fridge. Nick arrived on time. Has examined the fridge and walked me through all the issues contributing to the leak as well as hidden issues that were not visible. He was also very transparent about cost of fixing issues. He diagnosed the issue in literally 2 seconds, and a few days later when he showed up with the part he replaced it expeditiously. I will say, they aren't cheap, but I've heard getting anything fixed in Toronto is expensive these days, and I'd rather pay a little more for fast, reliable pros like this team than deal with even slightly shady contractors.

The gent was on time and honest which is all we can expect. He didnt waste time pretending he could fix it. Showed me online that the parts were discontinued and gave me some short term suggestions to use it a few more times while we acquire a new one. Great service. A+

Ramon spent 7 minutes on my dishwasher to tell me that it was a "glitch". I was charged $192. Quoted further $467 repair cost if the fixed "glitch" wasn't the problem. Another company came in and realized I was unknowingly using pods with non dissolvable wrappers. There should be some sort of tiered charge based on time spent on a job. This was overcharging.
