I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from the representative who answered my call to the technician at Fix Appliances. The representative on the phone explained every details. My technician, Sergey, was professional, arrived early, and was able to repair my oven within 5 days wait time. So grateful I have my oven back for the long weekend. Sergei Arrived promptly was very pleasant and honest.
The microwave fixed itself just before he arrived
He said sometimes the door switches stick and then unstick.
Although we paid for the service call we avoided the full cost of repair for a few years at

LG Washing Machine Parts Replacement

Needed a tub cover replaced and LG requires technicians for special order so I was happy to find an authorized repair shop with good reviews on here. Happy to have the first one of a kind damage that my technician has seen in a decade (apparently! Haha). Technician was very professional and even provided me with some tips about which detergent is better for my washing machine. They came earlier and even stayed for a whole cycle to confirm if there was any further damage! Expensive but skillful and at least were washing our clothes again.

Fix appliances is my go to service and I highly recommend them. From booking the service to the completion they were very professional and trustworthy.

I reached out to them because of the mold build up inside the washing machine rubber boot and a leaking fridge. After a painless booking process, their technician Serge came to diagnose. Week later he came back to fix on the appliances. Serge and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were highly supportive throughout the whole process.

Sergey arrived when expected (called a few minutes before to confirm it was ok). Really quickly assessed and fixed the issue without needing to replace parts. He provided a quote in case the problem re-occurs and explained source of the problem. Great professionalism.

Gas stove repair
