Excellent service work removing g and installing new dishwasher. Tech was friendly, skilled and provided excellent service. I would book again without hesitation and highly recommend.

Received quick and efficient service for a small mechanical issue with my Blomberg washing machine. The technician diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, fixed it within 15, and left me with a tip or two on how to avoid the same problem in the future. It was a straightforward fix with no parts that needed changing, so can't speak to how their service is when parts need to be ordered and replaced.

Tech arrived when scheduled. Quick diagnosis and repair.

Felt we were over-charged by the technician given the extend of the repair needed. Called to get this remedied without success.

Inde my booking online via Fix Appliances webchat and the agent was polite, polite attentive and thorough.
Booking was confirmed, the technician Sergey phoned me in advance and arrived on time, actually a little early which was fine. He had all parts with him, replaced only what was needed, tested it thoroughly and left our laundry room clean. Sergei was polite and professional.
Price overall was very fair for the services given. Will definitely recommend.

My Kitchenaide bottom freezer was collecting water and freeze solid then leak onto my floor. Ilia the technician came for the first visit and ordered the part. The estimated time was 3-5 days but took much longer to receive the shipped part. I had to call the company again to find out when I could expect the technician to return and a few days later after long weekend, Ilia, same technician returned to install the new part.
But my freezer light is not coming on. So dunno what happened.

Yarik was very personable, professional and notified me 15 minutes before arriving which was appreciated.
He diagnosed the issue, answered my questions and showed me the part that needed to be replaced/ordered. It took a week for the part to arrive/installed, overall it was an excellent customer experience.

Highly recommend! Eric was excellent. He was very good, honest and gave me helpful tips. My old 2011 Samsung refrigerator was leaking, and keeps on beeping (the temp control for the freezer keeps changing hence the beeping). Eric found that the leak was caused by a blocked drain tube. He cleaned it and no replacement parts needed. As for the beeping, unfortunately, Samsung discontinued the replacement parts. But for whatever Eric did, it has NOT beeped for over a week now since Eric fixed it. So, no more leaks and annoying beeping. Cross fingers I may not need to replace my fridge for another few months, hopefully longer.

We have used Fix Appliances multiple times in our condo. They are always quick to assess the problem and fair with pricing. There cant be a better option in the Toronto area.
