Our LG fridge failed suddenly. We found Fix Appliance through a Google search and their customer reviews looked good. From the moment we called and spoke to their team to the fridge being repaired we experience prompt service. The first repairman Ilya, called before the appointed time to let us know he was coming. He arrive on time and quickly identified the cause. He confirmed the part itself was covered by warranty and quoted the service. We agreed and the next day they call to arrange the actual repair. Nick showed up on time and quickly got to work. He had a lot of tanks and equipment to bring in and took a great deal of care in how he placed it, protecting our floor before he placed the heavier tanks. He explained what he was about to do and answered our questions patiently. He completed the job, told us when we could start reloading the fridge, and to phase the reload. He told us to call if the fridge hadnt cooled properly by morning. We had a couple of questions the next day and he got back to us promptly.
