Like I explained previously, due to you deciding to change your method of payment to cheque after you already authorized a Visa transaction, a refund was issued immediately. Unfortunately, our company has no control over the time it takes for your card issuer to release the funds back to you. It is important to clarify that this was not in fact a case of a double billing, rather the change of payment method that caused the inconvenience.
