Our 28 year old home had all original windows and blinds. Had all new windows put in, followed by all new blinds. Luxury Window Coverings had that perfect look I was looking for in window covering, and at a reasonable price too! Although we had a few complications due to bay windows, Luxury went out of their way to resolve the problem and provide everything I had anticipated. Would strongly recommend their services over and over.

I called Luxury Window Coverings for a price on vinyl shutters for my home. Adriano was very friendly on the phone and came out on the same day. His presentation was very thorough and professional. Price was affordable in comparison to other quotes received. Installer seemed very experienced and finished in a timely manner. We had recently moved into our home over the summer and decided to get shutters for the entire house. We called two reputable companies servicing the Durham region and the first told me to take measurements myself and provide them for an estimate (going to spend thousands and he is too lazy to come). Not only did he come in person and take the measurements himself (last minute over a long weekend); he was professional and honest going over all the options and types of shutters; he was able to answer all our questions and make awesome recommendations since we were fairly new to shutters. Starting from Adriano who exceeded my expectation on the customer service where he is very knowledgeable with his product to helping out the client when they are trying to decided what would look best based on the theme your trying to create. So many styles and colors to choose from, the hardest part is not if your going to go through with purchasing them but what exactly you want as there's so many options! The installer was also very professional and the finished product looks great! Overall the shutters add class and value to the home and I would recommend these on all windows and doors.
