Service is great. Michael and Adriano are very pleasant to deal with. However, the company billed me twice and it took a while for them to reverse the charges. If not for Adriano, i would really be upset.

Thank you for the review, Cora. Like I explained previously, due to you deciding to change your method of payment to cheque after you already authorized a Visa transaction, a refund was issued immediately. Unfortunately, our company has no control over the time it takes for your card issuer to release the funds back to you. It is important to clarify that this was not in fact a case of a double billing, rather the change of payment method that caused the inconvenience.
