Reliance Home Comfort Calgary

I choice to go with Reliance's Renal Program - as the only factor holding me up with Hot Water on Demand was the 'dependable' of the unit. So in paying Reliance a little interest, I now have the peace of mind that if anything goes wrong Reliance comes and fixes (or replace the unit) at no cost to me :)
But to make this an even more positive experience all Tech's that have come to my home have been professional and easy to deal with! Lorne, first came and proved an initial assessment. His professionalize and knowledge shined though and his ability to provide information was excellent. It was through his consultation that I was able brain storm an effective installation plan for this new system.
I was trying to get Lorne back to do the install but due to circumstances he was not able to install. But to my surprise the next guys Reliance sent were just as equally qualified and provided the same level of service that Lorne did!
Darryl and Jamie arrived on time, and after discussing all my needs as a home own they went to work. It was interesting to learn that all three gentlemen where from Ont, I was very impressed with there work ethic! Darryl also went above and beyond for me, as he was able to assist me in a minor plumbing issues un-related to the installation of the Hot water on demand system. Thank you both Jamie and Darryl for you hard work!

(my only complains was your phone network, and having to go though Edmonton. Also at times over the phone dealing with the lady's I found them to be a little short and on occasionally a little rude. They did not sell me the system, my buddy Chris did whom had had you guys out too his place. I'm sure glad I didn't allow those phone calls in influence my choice - as your Trades Men were Top Knock)

Met Brenda Mackay at Home Show. She was the only Rep that told me about their Lease program. I was interested in the Tankless water heater but ended up getting the Air Conditioner also. It was installed the same week I met with Brenda for the home review. Jamie and Darryl were very professional and I give them very high credit as there was a weird setup of exhausting pipe in my house and they spent 4 hours to make it work for the new Tankless heater. It was a long day for them, they finished at 9pm but they did not complain. They cleaned everything up and made sure I was happy with both installs and went through a quick instruction with me. I felt they went beyond what they needed to do. They also added a solution to eliminate the ugly black water drain pipe that was a tripping hazard in my basement. I would use Reliance again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who needed replacements of furnace, water tanks, AC, etc.

I had an 18 year old water tank that needed replaced ASAP so I called Reliance home comfort and Ken hill showed up the same day. His service was impeccable, and knowledge of hot water tanks was top notch. I will recommend reliance to anyone who needs any hot water tank, furnace, or AC and I would tell them to ask to send Ken Hill his professionalism is next to none. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Had the system installed by Darren and Benny a couple of weeks ago. Everything went fairly smooth, but a few small hiccups, but that was to be expected as nothing ever goes exactly as planned. But they did an excellent job of adapting and still getting everything completed.

Everything works great, they kept everything neat and clean.

The only issue was from the Sales side where I was told it there would be no drop in pressure for two showers, but there is a difference when you have two going at the same time. This might be from the way the house lines are run, but would of been great to of known before hand.

But all in all I would use the company again and will keep them in mind when I go to do my furnace.

Darren & Benny installed an air conditioning unit for us and did an excellent job, they were on time and did a very efficient and professional install. Best of all Darren and Benny were extremely personable, and addressed all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

Stepping in a pool of water in our basement was how I discovered our water tank had sprung a leak. We called Reliance and within an hour Jason called to let us know he was about 5 minutes away. Our tank was a relic so the leading pipes also had to be replaced but he did all that and replaced the tank. In a couple of hours, we had hot water restored by a very friendly, courteous & professional fellow who covered his boots and laid out a long mat to protect our floors. Great job and you can't ask for any better!

Brian did an excellent job installing my hot water tank. He was right on time, explained everything and left the work area spotless! I am very pleased with the install.

Our furnace broke and we were freezing. Reliance got a guy to our house very quick and in no time he located the problem and got the part and fixed it. Very happy with how friendly and effecient the he was. Prices are more than reasonable, we didn't break the bank. Would definitely recommend reliance to anyone and will use them in the future.

Jamie and Darryl were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and did a very good job. They did a very good cleanup at the job site. I would be happy to have Jamie and Darryl do any further projects. Also, Brenda MacKay was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful.
