They did repair for my heater. Good job!

However a week after that I received a letter from Reliance claiming that I have signed for so called Heating protection plan for $15 per month. Beware!

We had Adam and Jordan out from Reliance today to install our new air conditioner and we were extremely pleased with their service. They showed up on time, and worked hard all day to have everything done to our liking. They then spent a good amount of time explaining to us how everything worked and made sure we were happy before leaving. They were very courteous and knowledgeable young men and we were very happy with their service. We are enjoying our nice cool home!!

I found Darren to be very knowledgeable and courtise. He installed our Air conditions originally. Would have no hesitation recommending him for future HVAC needs. All staff involved were very helpful.

John was excellent to deal with on the sales side. He took the time to measure and scout locations for the unit, and explained the different options for units. He set up the instal date quickly and it was convenient.

Keith and Darryl arrived around the set time and got right to work. They laid out mats so that they didn't wreck the flooring. Unfortunately my home builder left them some puzzles to solve with how the house was wired. They solved the problem like professionals and got everything working as it is supposed to.

I am very impressed with Reliance and strongly recommended their sales and service if you're looking to get an AC unit put in. Total pros (they even declined a cold beer on a hot day after they were done because they said it wouldn't be professional to do at work).

Professional, friendly and curtious guys. Called well before arriving and ensured not to make or leave any mess. In and out quickly with a proper how-to for the equipment before leaving.

From day one Dan has provided customer service on an level exceeding expectations.
We purchased a water softener and tankless RHEEM water heater.
Before getting a quote from Reliance I researched the company. They are listed as having a A+ rating with the BBB.
I read the consumer comments section and was a little nervous about committing to a rental vs a purchase.
Dan clearly explained, and wrote out the rental contract.
Dan invested allot of time in our quotes / contracts . He always took extra time to respond by phone and then a follow up email.
My wife and I called him a number of times and kept changing the products and contract.
In addition when we needed more time to decide Dan put our deals on hold. Quote "You are the homeowner and as such my boss. You are making a major purchase and want to ensure you are getting not just the most of your current equipment but in your replacement. I'll put your deal on hold, you call me if you wish to proceed"
Eventually we did decide to purchase. About price:
Dan told us at the start the Reliance was the number one volume dealer in Canada. He was so confident in his quotes that he never even mentioned the standard line 'if you get a better quote call me I'll beat it'
He was right! Other quotes including a Major Warehouse Club were more, even factoring in the 'cash card' .
About instal:
Install was another example of the added value Reliance provides. The installers were friendly, professional and committed.
They ensured every aspect of the install was not just 'to code' but aesthetically pleasing. I was astonished just how involved the process is. They worked a full day to complete the install. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Finally the made sure I understood the new equipment operation and maintenance.

I just got my first central AC (3 tons SEER 16) installed for a week. The installers Brad and Dustin are friendly and they got the installation done before the estimated time. No mess was left behind after the installation. Brad explained to me what he had done. City electric inspection was a pass. So far so good.

The sale process was pretty straight forward. Daniel did a good job explaining the product. He is very easy to work with. Beware that he is a very busy guy and might be hard to get a hold on him.

Two things I am still waiting are the a/c weather cover, and a refridgerant pressure adjustment for a proper A/C charging because the weather wasn't warm enough to do on the installation day.

Myles from reliance was great to deal with for replacing my hot water tank. He was very knowledgeable in this area and knew the ins and outs of what he was selling. Myles answered all/any questions I had and took the time to go over the pros and cons to what hot water tank would suit my home the best. Would highly recommend!!

Darren from Reliance was great in his quick response and attention to solving our issues. He was courteous, professional and careful about doing the job, explaining the problem and solution, and ensuring we were satisfied!

Got a new furnace. Got it installed okay, and that's when I paid, and the service stopped. Installation failed city inspection, that was 4-5 months ago. After a few no shows, without as much as a courtesy text or call to say they would not be showing up!!! Finally got someone to show up, about 4 months ago, but was useless, as the problem has not been fixed.
THIS IS A VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!
I looked later on the BBB website and found many unhappy customers. I should have read there first, and I would have never had went with Reliance!!!
