Reliance Home Comfort Calgary

We had used Reliance to install AC at a previous home, so we asked for a quote from them when installing AC and replacing the old furnace in our current house. Daniel MacDougall worked with us to find the right products. The products, warranty and price were all better than the other companies that quoted. Installation was very professional and the result looks good and works great.

Reliance installed a furnace for me last year. I booked online for a maintenance call last week; was quoted $189 and asked if I wanted a quote on new equipment?! Fortunately Darren the tech got the right lady on the phone as the first service is included. Odd that the database can't match me up with my account when I am already a customer. Darren was great! Very pleasant and helpful.

We had our furnace replaced and an on-demand hot water tank installed. We were scheduled to complete the installs over 2 days, but they were very efficient and completed it in one day! The technicians were very knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend them!

Very frustrated with thus company. They show up very late or not at all. Switch appotinent with no notice. I wad supposed to have a tech to my house today between 1-5, booked by a lady in the office last week. I called at 5:15 pm to see where the tech was, and it was booked for another day. I get that mistakes happen, but this is now the 3rd time an appointment tine has not been respected. I am very seriously rethinking the unit I have with reliance.

Wanted to replace our old 90s mid efficiency furnace with a multistage high efficiency furnace and at the same time increase the size of our hot water tank. Reliance was able to find a tank that fit the very tight space (crawlspace with dug out pit for furnace and tank). Quote was reasonable and they tossed in an AC unit for only the cost of installation. Crew that came out to do the install was very professional and went out of their way to reinstall my whole home steam humidification system that was previously a self install job.

Great work, reasonable pricing. Would recommend them.

We finally decided to go with a new furnace when a rep called from Reliance, as we were already customers. He went over a promotion for the new furnace and air conditioning.

The team that came and installed our new system were awesome. They went over all the installation step by step, were friendly and efficient and did a great job.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Reliance Home Comfort. Daniel MacDonald was great from the start and till the very end. Daniel provided excellent service and followed up when he said he would. The installers were also great. They laid down carpets on our floors and stairs to keep things tidy and to protect our property. They were friendly and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend these guys.

One of the best customer service experience we had!

We were looking for AC purchase and installation, We had 3-4 companies give us quotes including Reliance Home Comfort. We're amazed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Reliance Home Comfort team, starting from Daniel from Sales to Kieth, Darryl, Farid and Darren from Installation.

Daniel made sure we are comfortable during each step of the sales process, we went over multiple brands and options to finalize a Lennox. He got us a great deal, took care of some minor upgrades we needed to run a smart thermostat, and upgraded it to a Nest thermostat. In addition the maintenance included our 10 year old furnace as well.

Darryl and Keith installed the AC for us, they educated us and kept us updated at every step. In addition to the install, the wired the thermostat and moved it to another location in the house. They inspected our existing equipment and found a leak in the water tank which had been troubling us for few days. Daniel ensured we had a working hot water tank the very next morning, Farid and Darren worked on the installation and again kept up with the great experience we had with Reliance.

The best thing was that all of them gave us their honest opinion, that we didn't need a premium 17 SEER AC in Calgary or for a Tank-less vs Tank water heater discussion. We chose the products we liked, Daniel made the deal work for us and Installation team made sure we had everything the way we wanted, and educated us on equipment use and upkeep.

Overall it was a very smooth and quick transaction. Our initial expectations were to have the best brand at the best price. Reliance added flexibility, customer friendliness and their expertise to ensure we had trust, confidence and long-term business with them!

The 2 technicians who came to do the installation were very professional. They introduced themselves to me, put down carpets on all the floors and left our house very clean after their work was complete. additionally, we required a different thermostat capable of running an air conditioner, programmed it and explained how to make changes. We were very pleased with the work.
