Heating & Air Conditioning review in Calgary

Got a new furnace. Got it installed okay, and that's when I paid, and the service stopped. Installation failed city inspection, that was 4-5 months ago. After a few no shows, without as much as a courtesy text or call to say they would not be showing up!!! Finally got someone to show up, about 4 months ago, but was useless, as the problem has not been fixed.
THIS IS A VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!
I looked later on the BBB website and found many unhappy customers. I should have read there first, and I would have never had went with Reliance!!!

Got a new furnace. Called on Monday to book an appointment, they got someone out the next day. Booked the install for Wednesday of the same week. They again showed on time, took out the old furnace and got the new one up and running that day. The fan was much better on the new unit, what a big diffence in getting the heat to the back rooms. The guys made sure to get everything nice and clean before they left.

Got a new furnace, everything went quick, estimate, install. City came out to inspect, found a couple of problems, said installers would be notified. About 10 days later reliance called and made an appt for next day. 2 hr window was given, I waited around all day, no one showed up or called. I thought they made a mistake and thought maybe the next day, but no show, I phoned after the 2 hr window was finished, and I was told, hmmmm they were too busy at another job, then gave me a lame sorry, I should have phoned you about the no show. She then promised to phone me Friday, 3 days later to reschedule, that was 7 days ago, and I am still waiting!!!! Once they got their money, they are not interested now. Bad service!!!
