Mario has been extremely professional, reliable and and provided a consistent service level over literally 100s of home inspections over the years. He is a valuable vendor and we are lucky we found him!

Home Inspection review in Old Toronto

Mario did an awesome job in a time of need. Although the former home owner did not allow him to do a full inspection, when our basement flooded the day of closing, he came back no questions asked to get to the bottom of it. He has been very helpful with regards to the legal process as well. When we sell out house (after our slew of renovations) we will definitely hire Mario again for his expertise!
