We have always been pleased with our service contract with Roy Inch and Sons in London. Over the past several years, Craig Hern has always provided excellent service and troubleshooting. Brandon Baldwin performed a recent furnace check for the winter season. While undertaking the servicing he noticed that our water heater had venting pipes that are no longer acceptable and had several cracks which could have caused a carbon monoxide problem. Brandon arranged an appointment for installation of a new rental unit. Jeremy Edmonstone and Colin Willems installed the new heater, replaced pipes and dropped off the old water heater to our previous provider.

We were pleased with the service and professionalism of Craig, Brandon, Jeremy and Colin.

We had a new water heater rental tank installed. The service empolyees Jason Bierworth and Dan Holden arrived on time and were very polite, friendly and professional and we were pleased with their service . We have had a maintenance contract for our furnace and air conditioning unit with Roy Inch for over 30 years in every house London that we have lived in. We have always been more than satisfied with your service and yesterday was no exception. This was Brandon's first time calling on us but he certainly fit into the mould of all the techs who have worked on our equipment in the past. He called ahead and arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of our furnace. Replaced our filter, and signed us up for next year. Will be very happy if he is the tech to check our air conditioning unit in the spring.

Jason Bierworth and Barry Pett put in a new furnace for my home. They were professional and explained things I asked and were very clean in their work.

Brandon did a maintenance call to our furnace on 13 October 16. He is a very highly skill technician and performed the maintenance in a timely and professional manner. He also provided many valuable recommendations. He also contacted the main office in order to arrange an appointment date for the possibility for us to upgrade our equipment (furnace and AC) in the spring of 2017.

I am very satisfied with the service received. The sales consultant provided me with 4 options from lowest to highest cost and explained the benefits of each one to help me decide the best option. The installation went very well, with minimal disruption to my home activities. The installers were very friendly and professional. I had a follow-up with the sales consultant after installation to ensure that work was done to my satisfaction and have all warranties and rebates applied for. He also provided a detailed walk-through of the new programmable thermostat. I would strongly recommend that company to anyone.

Brandon B. did a repair call to our furnace on October 11 2016. He was very efficient and was able to isolate the problem quickly and readily explained the cause and the error codes received. As the annual maintenance was due the following week, he completed this for us at the same visit after contacting the main office. Arranged dates for the 2017 equipment maintenance.

Larry the service technician was right on time for the appointment and spent over an hour doing what appeared to be a very thorough job in a dirty cramped crawl space, with no complaint. He was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Will definitely call this company in the spring to have the air conditioning serviced.

I thought this amount was rather high for 1 man at 6 hrs. what do you think? Will have to think seriously about contacting roy inch and sons on my next project.
