Furnace Service and water heater installation
We have always been pleased with our service contract with Roy Inch and Sons in London. Over the past several years, Craig Hern has always provided excellent service and troubleshooting. Brandon Baldwin performed a recent furnace check for the winter season. While undertaking the servicing he noticed that our water heater had venting pipes that are no longer acceptable and had several cracks which could have caused a carbon monoxide problem. Brandon arranged an appointment for installation of a new rental unit. Jeremy Edmonstone and Colin Willems installed the new heater, replaced pipes and dropped off the old water heater to our previous provider. We were pleased with the service and professionalism of Craig, Brandon, Jeremy and Colin.
