I required some plumbing install work done. Jason at Roy Inch came and did the work. I was impressed with his professional workmanship and the ability to understand and take ownership of job. Jason keep me informed at all stages of the work he was doing.

Ongoing leak under the bathroom sink wasn't solved by the replacement of taps suggested by a previous plumber. Jason located the leak easily and solved the problem quickly and professionally.

Had at least four visits to try to correct problem with partial flushing of toilet on its own. Eventually had Jason install a new toilet. Appreciate Jason's service and install. Roy Inch service department has been tremendous even sending Jason on a Saturday.

Your serviceman Larry Curts did the service maintenance on our furnace.

I had an old gravity feed furnace ( 55+ yrs) which stopped working.
It could not be repaired due to lack of availability of parts.
Audrey Winter of Roy Inch came immediately to advise me on what options I had in relation to a new furnace. She was most professional and efficient and recommended, and called the companies needed for asbestos abatement ( removal of old pipes) and replacement of those pipes. She also called the company that could arrange for a rebate for the update. Colin Willems and Jeremy Edmonstone came from Roy Inch came to install the furnace and did so very efficiently, working with the company replacing the pipes. The also informed me about what they were doing and then what maintenance I would need to know about

Recently had a furnace maintenance done by Brandon Baldwin and was very professional and explained all that was needed. Found a short in part of the wiring and repaired it.
