Milton/Service Tech was very knowledgeable. He explained the Humidifier and its care and cleaned up very well after. He was Punctual here right at 8 am which is very important to us. Milton suggested & Setup Appt. For Duct cleaning. He suggested different filters which we will purchase.

Krys performed the service maintenance on our furnace. He was very patient answering all of my questions and provided additional information regarding the installation of wi-fi thermostats. I also queried him about our gas fireplace. Again, he was very patient and due to his efforts our fireplace is running well after a considerable time of inactivity. Krys demonstrated what customer service is all about! Reinforcing the service we continue to receive from Service Experts.

Roy Inch came out to do my annual furnace maintenance. As usual they were on time and completed the service in a timely manner. I run a home daycare so there are 5 small children running around while Brandon B performed the maintenance. He was understanding and very careful to keep doors and gates closed while in my home. Brandon came to service our furnace. He also fixed our humidifier which had been installed incorrectly. He took the time to make sure that everything was working properly before he left, which I really appreciated. I was very happy that he explained how to work the controls for the humidifier and showed me what was going on with the furnace and the ducts. Thank you Brandon!
