I had an old gravity feed furnace ( 55+ yrs) which stopped working. It could not be repaired due to lack of availability of parts. Audrey Winter of Roy Inch came immediately to advise me on what options I had in relation to a new furnace. She was most professional and efficient and recommended, and called the companies needed for asbestos abatement ( removal of old pipes) and replacement of those pipes. She also called the company that could arrange for a rebate for the update. Colin Willems and Jeremy Edmonstone came from Roy Inch came to install the furnace and did so very efficiently, working with the company replacing the pipes.
