Brandon came to service our furnace. He also fixed our humidifier which had been installed incorrectly. He took the time to make sure that everything was working properly before he left, which I really appreciated. I was very happy that he explained how to work the controls for the humidifier and showed me what was going on with the furnace and the ducts. Thank you Brandon!
