Jason Bierworth arrived at my residence well within the pre-arranged time to install a hot water balancing cartridge. He was professional, polite, and efficient. I would recommend Roy Inch to any of my friends.
PS: I truly appreciate the company policy of wearing boot covers so as not to scuff my hardwood floors!!
