John, Milton, Omar and Brandon were all absolutely fantastic. From sales through to the install, we were more than impressed with the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Roy Inch. Brandon took the time to fix a glitch with our gas fireplace on top of it all, - the extra effort and customer care definitely left us feeling that we had been well taken care of and are in good hands with any service required in the future. Our fireplace stopped working a few days before company was arriving for Christmas. Roy Inch was prompt in coming to asses the problem but unfortunately the only solution was to replace our 25 year old unit. We were very satisfied with the sales rep and the installers, Colin and Jeremy. The work was done efficiently and the room left clean. Our new fireplace is giving us heat in the family room more effectively than ever.

It was a pleasure to have Jason repair a project I had failed to complete correctly. Very professional and courteous worker whom I would request in any future plumbing requirements.

Barry Pett installed a replacement duct humidifier(HCW83-17A) this week and we were impressed with his punctuality and workmanlike progress.The installation was done admirably and with small improvement details to ensure our satisfaction.Barry is clearly well versed in his work and he is also very adept at describing the equipment and the ongoing operation.He is also very personable which makes the whole exercise even more pleasant.

The response time of Josh was quick. He was very helpful explaining our different options to help us make the best decision. The install guys (Milton and Omar) were excellent. Very polite and informative. Everything was tidy when they completed the job. All three fellows were excellent at their job. I would definitely recommend Roy Inch and Son!!

I was impressed with the service and had no problem getting answers to my questions all the while as he was fixing my furnace. He gave good suggestions for improving performance of my furnace. It was very important to me with the cost of this service that I knew what to do to keep up the performance of my furnace.

Serviceman Larry Curts was on time, thorough, careful, and personable. He is particularly knowledgeable in caring for, and explaining our older furnace, furnace, blower, etc.. Congratulations and thanks.
