We are very impressed and excited! Just hoping for a phone call as I would like a shelf and rod adjusted. I was worried about my dresses and was told they would fit. I have a lot and would like them to hang properly. Once that is fixed my overall will be a 5 star satisfaction!

Also hoping to have quotes for other closets in our house. :)

They did an excellent job from the measuring to the design and down to the install. It couldn't of been better jn my opinion

Work was completed on time and as per designer specifications. Installer was friendly, neat and did minor adjustments to my satisfaction. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of work.

Contractor was very courteous, made sure we were happy with the work at different stages. Closet turned out beautifully!

1) designer designed an unpractical closet - there are empty spaces between some of the units. company would not resolve after we had signed off on the drawings.
2)on installation day, closet drawers were not cut by the manufacturer properly (shelves were the wrong sizes) and some of the pieces were missing - closet only about 50% installed on installation day.
3) WORST customer service - nothing offered to offset our frustrations other than a small holdback.

Do not use their services. The final product design was completely the opposite of what the designer had initially drawn. The designer had left the company when it was time for installation. They were supposed to deliver a jewelry drawer with a lock but provided one without one. A shelf was to be installed which took them 1 month to do so. The installers were good but the customer service is not good. Scheduling a time with them was a headache. Will not recommend it to anyone.

The closets are good quality and look great.
The management of the project was very bad. it took 6 visits to get it installed and all parts complete. one man was sent for a two man job, so had to come back. the fronts of the drawers were perforated with nails so had to be replace. the replacement parts took two visits as they sent the wrong replacement. the belt rack was missing. The screw hole covers were missing. each of these took another visit. one booking they didn't show up. Always blaming someone else at the company, very unprofessional. Recommend using a company that knows what they are doing.

This company is the worst. STAY AWAY!
They have the worst costumer service and the product quality is barely average. The final product looks cheap. Definitely not worth it.
They will be very attentive until they collect full payment.
First off, know that the "free consultation" takes about four hours! An we didn't have a walk-in or anything massive. After 6 weeks of waiting (they collect half the payment on the day of the quote), they installer came and installed our closets. The pieces were dirty and with lots of glue on them. Two of them were cut wrong and one was missing altogether. A second installer came the next day and "finish" the job. Yet, one of the front doors was chipped, two drawers didn't close properly, and the tie racks weren't installed because "they wouldn't clear the door". The installer took them back with him. I have been calling every day for a week, for a refund of the racks (I've lost hope on all the other "details"). I've spoke to the sales manager, Christina, and she just points fingers and says she's going to call me back (when she actually speaks to me, half the time the transfer me to her voicemail or ask me to leave a message). Needless to say she never calls back. I'll keep calling...
I don't understand. It's so easy to keep the customer happy and provide honest service. And it's not like good customer service will hurt their bottom line.
This is supposed to have lifetime warranty... I doubt very much they'll ever honour it.
Very bad service, below average product for the enormous price tag. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy it for less than half the price. What a rip off of a company. Very very unprofessional. Stay away!
