This company is the worst. STAY AWAY!
They have the worst costumer service and the product quality is barely average. The final product looks cheap. Definitely not worth it.
They will be very attentive until they collect full payment.
First off, know that the "free consultation" takes about four hours! An we didn't have a walk-in or anything massive. After 6 weeks of waiting (they collect half the payment on the day of the quote), they installer came and installed our closets. The pieces were dirty and with lots of glue on them. Two of them were cut wrong and one was missing altogether. A second installer came the next day and "finish" the job. Yet, one of the front doors was chipped, two drawers didn't close properly, and the tie racks weren't installed because "they wouldn't clear the door". The installer took them back with him. I have been calling every day for a week, for a refund of the racks (I've lost hope on all the other "details"). I've spoke to the sales manager, Christina, and she just points fingers and says she's going to call me back (when she actually speaks to me, half the time the transfer me to her voicemail or ask me to leave a message). Needless to say she never calls back. I'll keep calling...
I don't understand. It's so easy to keep the customer happy and provide honest service. And it's not like good customer service will hurt their bottom line.
This is supposed to have lifetime warranty... I doubt very much they'll ever honour it.
Very bad service, below average product for the enormous price tag. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy it for less than half the price. What a rip off of a company. Very very unprofessional. Stay away!
