Overall, positive experience. Some confusion around area prep prior to installation however they rectified the situation and I voiced my concern.

Our experience with Closets by Design was very positive. The process began with Myrna Bradford with an in home consultation. She was very pleasant to work with and her input and suggests were very helpful in making design decisions. The installation went very smoothly as well. Garret Parker did a terrific job. He was personable and efficient. We loved the finished product in both our closets. We can't believe the extra space. We highly recommend this company.

Closet by design created an original and cool to look at closet for us. They were very flexible on timelines and very easy to work with on our edit requests
