Amazing service.Were able to schedule appointment that day.Most companies didn't even call back.After giving me a cost of what the repairs should be they suggested it might be a good idea to replace the fridge.Only charged me for the service call.
Now that's honesty and not something you come across any more.I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I decided to call Appliance service Experts after my dryer died. I am also at work and I had my wife at home alone with my kids like Scott below.

I have to say that my experience was outstanding. These guys were on time, they knew what they were talking about and they fixed it same day. I asked my wife if she encountered the same "several inappropriate" .... comments "on my wife's figure" like Scott below and my wife indicated that the service tech was nothing like that and he was professional in the way he carried himself and no inappropriate comments. She also said that he had kids himself and his wife was at home as well.

I have to say that I would call these guys back again for my repairs any day.

Dryer died so I tried Appliance Service Experts. Was concerned to hear from my wife afterward that she had felt very uncomfortable throughout the visit due to several inappropriate comments from your technician. I had expected professionalism, not comments on my wife's figure. The uncomfortable questions continued and she was relieved when the tech finally left. She felt he was friendly but definitely crossed the line of professionalism. I am very disappointed - the response time was great and price was fair so I had planned to call them back this week to replace the dryer, however, I will certainly be calling another company for our next repair. As a husband at work I just won't feel safe with Appliance Service Experts in the house with my wife and children.

My Whirlpool gas dryer was not producing any heat. I called Appliance Service Experts and setup a time with them to come out and have a look. Kevin showed at the set time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed what the problem was and had it fixed with minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys

This is the second time I have used these guys and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The problem wasn't fixed immediately but after a few things were tried it was resolved. The service was timely, efficient and they did/said what they would do. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Needed a waterline hooked up to my new fridge. Kevin came out the next day and hooked it up no problem. Very professional worked efficiently got the job done quick. I would use this company again in the future.

My Amana fridge was not cooling and I lost entire contents of fridge/freezer. Called Appliance Service Experts at 8am and Kevin, the technician, arrived before 10am, quickly diagnosed either a faulty compressor OR compressor starter and that we couldn't determine if it was the compressor (buy a new fridge) or not unless I was willing to gamble on replacing the "starter kit". Kevin was pretty certain it was the "starter". Feeling lucky and relying on Kevin's knowledge he installed a new "compressor starter" and my fridge is fixed!! Thank you Kevin - awesome job diagnosing and repairing my fridge and for your professionalism! I would not hesitate to recommend and call Appliance Service Experts for future appliance service.

A very prompt response,(especially at this time of year .) Very honest service:
A loose mounting screw prevented the door lock.from functioning, therefore the whole wash/dry cycle, Yet I was charged the service fee plus HST only! The spirit of Christmas does exist!
