Kevin from Appliance Service Experts was at my door within an hour of my initial contact with ASE and diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue very quickly. The dryer is working perfectly again. He was very helpful, personable and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call them next time I have any appliance issues.

We bought a new house in December and inherited some high end appliances that are 8yrs old. The dishwasher was sporadically giving us some trouble and yesterday it went kaput.
I called and Colin was very courteous, responded to my questions and was able to make a service call within a few hours.

He was able to do a temporary fix, which he explained fully, warning me that the 'big' fix would be costly, due to the high end nature of the appliance itself. A service call with ASE is 65$ and that is all he charged me. Colin then gave me some tips to hopefully put off a big fix for some time. Great service and I will absolutely use him again.
::sidenote- Miele wanted to charge me $199 + tax for a service call::

Colin did an exceptional job replacing the ignitor on our viking gas range. Colin is smart and competent and available when you need him. Colin is now my go-to-guy for all my appliance repair needs.

Our 2.5 year old Bosch washing machine suddenly stopped working and was leaking water from the bottom. I called Colin after reading the reviews on Homestars and I am glad that I did. Not only did he diagnose what the problem was, but he fixed the machine after acquiring the necessary part from Bosch Canada. For a family that uses their washing machine often, I am truly grateful to Colin for his prompt service. Thanks Colin, you are a life saver! Keep up the good work.

Our dishwasher appeared to be leaking and I wanted a reliable service to evaluate the problem. I called RAM and spoke to Colin.
We arranged an app't to check the unit. Once the front service panel was removed,it was evident that a leak had occured. Colin found the door gasket was damaged and needed replacing. He ran the unit to look for other leaks. The seal was ordered and installed. He checked the unit completely,replacing an other seal that was ready to go as well. After running a full cycle of the unit , he confirmed all leaks were fixed.
I would recommend RAM ( Colin) and wouldnt hesitate to use this service for any future repairs.

We didn't want to go through the hassle of asking the manufacturers and sending us parts and waiting for weeks/potentially months for a technician to fix a small problem..so we decided to go with R.A.M and they made the process much more hassle free and much more better priced. Satisfied customer!

The tech came over on very short notice and after 6PM, which worked with our schedule; he was very professional, clean and respectful of our space. He fixed the machine in an hour so we were very happy. When you consider some of the major retail appliance repair options, where things tend to take a lot longer and aren’t always resolved in one visit, RAM was so much faster and more efficient.

I hired R.A.M. to fix my washing machine. The guy who came was experienced and really knew what he was talking about. He did not jump to conclusions and try to replace a part that was not needed. He was careful to check all aspects of the machine before making his diagnosis. I was satisfied with the work that was done.

I hired RAM to fix my washing machine and dishwasher. I was happy with how quick they were, they were able to visit my house the day after I called. The work they did was quick and the price was exactly what they said it would be. I was satisfied, and the machines now work which is obviously the most important thing!

I hired RAM to fix the freezer in our fridge. Definitely was satisfied with the work that was done. The whole thing took about 30 mins and then they cleaned up behind the fridge as well which was great. Two thumbs up- they are fast, reliable, and they called before they come which was a great reminder for someone who is busy.
