The whole experience of planning, preparation and finished project was 100% professional with Mtec. Project: Demo of existing walkway/courtyard and removal of materials. Prep for new paver install. New steps to house entry. New electrical from garage to existing post lamp with additional outdoor outlet to lamp post. New interior switch with timer to courtyard lamp post. Separate garage switch added with timer to control new electrical box on lamp post. River rock, sodding and mulching. Gianmarco listened to my wants and prepared a proposal and 3D drawings of the finished project for approval. Once contract was signed the demo of the existing courtyard commenced. The entire project from start to finish was 5 working days. Crew in charge of the Unilock demo/install - Eugene and Connor. Crew in charge of electrical work: Alisandro, Odie and Eric. I purchased a new dishwasher with installation services from Lowes (delivery, installation and removal of old dishwasher). Kyle and Matt, installers with Canadian Gas Service, were on time, courteous, professional, deligent to ensure my new machine was properly installed and advised me of the one-year installation warranty upon completion. Employeed in the construction industry and around trades daily, I am familiar with tradesmen that take pride in their work. Great job and thanks again fellas! I would without hesitation recommend Canadian Gas Service. (note: approx $150 was Lowe's installation/delivery charge).

My Amana fridge was not cooling and I lost entire contents of fridge/freezer. Called Appliance Service Experts at 8am and Kevin, the technician, arrived before 10am, quickly diagnosed either a faulty compressor OR compressor starter and that we couldn't determine if it was the compressor (buy a new fridge) or not unless I was willing to gamble on replacing the "starter kit". Kevin was pretty certain it was the "starter". Feeling lucky and relying on Kevin's knowledge he installed a new "compressor starter" and my fridge is fixed!! Thank you Kevin - awesome job diagnosing and repairing my fridge and for your professionalism! I would not hesitate to recommend and call Appliance Service Experts for future appliance service.
